For meaningful & substantial bridge development in India, bridge education programme & activities are a must. CBA has its focus on this theme under its LEARN BRIDGE PLAY BRIDGE programme A franchisee model has been worked out, under which a Franchisee and CBA can come together to offer bridge education to potential learners of the game in India.
An individual or a group of individuals can be a Franchisee. Even an institution can be a franchisee of CBA. The Franchisee sets up a bridge academy and conduct bridge classes for beginners and intermediate players. The terms & conditions and the roles & responsibilities are defined in the MOU.
CBA prescribed fees will be charged by any franchisee. The franchisee has to adhere to the teaching programme & basic methodology that is standardized by CBA. Franchisee may appoint bridge teachers to conduct classes, either at his own premises or at other gymkhanas and clubs, with a tie up with such institutions . Once the franchisee & CBA sign the MOU, the details of such franchisee and his academy are publicized on CBA website.
